Owing the entire process, our gin, crafted by hand, uses a triple distillation technique brought together in small batches using copper & reflux stills with only the finest Juniper berries from Macedonia, cinnamon, coriander & vanilla pods, all pulled together with natural spring water exclusive to the farm. Infused with ingredient X to colour & give a hint sweetness.
